I have never ordered online before - is it safe?
Please be assured that our online payment methods are secure. We do NOT store your credit card details. All credit card payments are processed manually offline providing the highest security level available, because we are NOT transmitting your Credit Card details over the internet. You can also order and pay offline by phone (02) 9636 5598.
How to place an order
That's easy – just browse through our products and if you see something you want to buy, simply click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. You can then choose to continue shopping or you can proceed to check out.
How do I add items to my shopping cart?
After you 'Add to Cart', the items will be placed in your shopping cart until you check out. You can review your cart anytime by clicking on the 'View Basket' button. To remove anything from your shopping cart, click on 'remove' and then update.
How do I checkout?
Checking out is easy: Go to your shopping cart by clicking the 'View Cart Contents' button to review your order. Then click the Proceed to Checkout button and follow the instructions. You will need to know your contact details, delivery address, the billing address of the credit card you are using (if different to the delivery address), your contact details and your credit card details.
How do I pay for my order?
planet YUM provides a secure payment system by utilising a payment gateway service and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology - the strongest commercially available level of encryption. You should see a solid padlock in your browser status bar which indicates that the encryption is taking place. Credit card payments can be made using MasterCard, Visa, Bankcard & Bartercard (no extra fees). We do not accept personal/business cheques or American Express.
DIRECT DEPOSIT orders: When your order is ready to dispatch and any freight options have been concluded, within 24 hours we'll send you an email with our BSB & Account number. If at all possible send us an email during your online transaction so we can send your order as soon as we receive the email. Otherwise direct deposit payments can take up to 2 days to appear in Planet Yum's account, therefore delaying the postage of your order. Our email is firstname.lastname@example.org
Alternatively if you prefer not to order online you can order via email email@example.com or phone 02 9636 5598 between 9am and 5pm weekdays.
If your direct deposit has not been received in full within 14 days of first placing your order, the order will be cancelled.

How much will delivery cost? This is very important, so please see our page all about postage, payment & delivery. It discusses postage fees and how these are calculated. It also advises of the protocols we follow when using couriers.
How can I be sure my order went through?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation usually within minutes. If you don't receive an e-mail within 24 hours, please call 02 9636 5598 or send an email to email@example.com before placing another order.
